Orders, shipping and delivery
I'm in Canada. How do prices work with my currency?
Prices are shown in your local currency automatically based on your location. You'll see the final converted price at checkout before you pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, then shipped. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong?
Tracking updates can occasionally lag, especially between carrier facilities. This is normal and your package is usually still moving. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery address, including with neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave packages in a nearby safe spot. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it has shipped, we're unable to redirect the package.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally, including to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the UAE, with more countries added regularly. The US is our primary market, so US orders get the most consistent processing and delivery times, though international shipping is fully supported too.
Do you ship to FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses?
Contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to your specific address.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.
I received the wrong item or my item is faulty. What should I do?

What information do I need to request missing diamonds?

General questions
What is diamond painting?
Diamond painting is a craft that combines cross stitch and paint by numbers. You place small resin diamonds onto a sticky, numbered canvas to gradually reveal a sparkling image.
How does diamond painting work?
Each canvas is printed with a numbered pattern and coated with a light adhesive. Using a diamond painting pen, you pick up diamonds by color and press them onto the matching numbered section until the canvas is complete.
Is diamond painting easy for beginners?
Yes. Diamond painting requires no artistic skill, just patience and attention to the numbered pattern. Our beginner kits use larger canvas sections to make getting started even easier.
What age is diamond painting suitable for?
Diamond painting is enjoyed by all ages, though the small diamonds are a choking hazard for young children. We recommend supervised crafting for children under 8.
How long does it take to complete a diamond painting?
This depends on canvas size and detail level. Smaller kits can take a few hours, while larger, more detailed kits may take several days of casual crafting.
What comes in a diamond painting kit?
Every kit includes a printed adhesive canvas, sorted diamonds, a diamond painting pen, wax to help pick up diamonds, and a tray for sorting.
Do diamond painting kits include everything I need?
Yes. Every kit is complete and ready to start as soon as it arrives, no separate tools required.
What sizes do diamond painting kits come in?
Sizes vary by design. You'll find the exact dimensions listed on each product page.
What is the difference between a full-drill and partial-drill kit?
A full-drill kit covers the entire canvas in diamonds. A partial-drill kit only covers part of the design, leaving some areas as printed background.
Are square or round drills better?
It comes down to preference. Round drills are easier for beginners and slightly faster to place. Square drills sit flush against each other for a seamless, gap-free finish. You can choose your preferred drill shape on each product page.
Tips and tricks
How are diamond drills applied?
Dip the tip of your diamond painting pen in wax, press it onto a diamond to pick it up, then place the diamond onto its matching numbered section on the canvas.
How do I flatten a canvas before I start?
Place your canvas under a few heavy, flat books for a few hours, or gently roll it in the opposite direction of how it was shipped.
Will my canvas fray if I cut it?
Diamond painting canvas is designed not to fray easily, but trimming edges with sharp scissors and avoiding excessive handling will help keep edges clean.
Tools and accessories
What tools do I need for diamond painting?
A diamond painting pen, wax, and a sorting tray are the essentials, all included in your kit. Additional tools like a light pad or storage containers are optional but helpful.
Why is my wax sticking to the drills?
This usually means too much wax was applied. Use a light touch, just enough for the pen tip to grip the diamond.
My wax won't stay in the diamond painting pen. What should I do?
Press the pen tip into the wax more firmly and hold for a second before lifting. If the wax still won't stay, try a fresh piece of wax.
My diamond painting pen is not picking up the drills. What can I do?
Check that there's enough wax on the tip and that the tip is clean and dry underneath the wax. Replacing the wax often solves this.
How do I organize diamond painting supplies?
A storage tray or organizer with individual compartments keeps diamonds sorted by color and easy to find as you work.
Finishing and display
Do I need to frame my completed project with glass?
No. Diamond painting canvases are typically displayed without glass, since the diamonds themselves catch the light.
Do I need to seal my finished diamond painting?
Sealing is optional but recommended if you want extra protection and to keep every diamond firmly in place long term.
What do I use to seal my finished work?
A diamond painting sealant, applied lightly and evenly across the finished canvas.
Can I roll up my completed project?
Yes, but roll it diamond side out, never inward, to avoid putting pressure on the diamonds.
Can I clean my finished diamond painting canvases?
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or cleaning products, which can loosen the diamonds.
How do I store finished diamond paintings?
Store flat or rolled diamond side out in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I frame a diamond painting?
Mount your canvas onto a frame or stretcher bars, keeping it taut and flat, then display as you would any framed artwork.
Can I hang diamond paintings without a frame?
Yes, using adhesive wall strips or a canvas hanger designed for lightweight artwork.
What else can I do with my finished diamond painting canvas besides framing it?
Finished canvases also work well as wall hangings, home decor accents, or thoughtful handmade gifts.
